2012 MDRC annual retreat

The sixth MDRC Annual Retreat will be held on Friday, January 27, 2012 at the Mount Royal Centre, 2200 Mansfield, Montreal H3A 3R8.

The day will begin with the "2012 AstraZeneca-BMS J Denis McGarry Lecture" given by Dr Steven McKnight from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center. It will be followed by oral and poster presentations given by MDRC students and trainees, the presentation of MDRC core facilities and three lectures given by MDRC PIs. A talk given by Dr Philippe Walker, Director of the Montreal AstraZeneca Research Centre, will end the day. Awards will be given to acknowledge the best oral presentation and best posters.

This year again, the MDRC Retreat is supported by Diabète Québec, Institut de Recherches Cliniques de Montréal, McGill University Faculty of Medicine, AstraZeneca-BMS, Eli Lilly Canada, Medtronic, Merck, Novartis, Servier and Sanofi.
